Singapore's Cybersecurity Strategy 2026 The strategy, launched on 13 October 2026 at Singapore International Cyber Week with a foreword by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, replaces the 2021 strategy and guides the national approach to cybersecurity over the next five years. It rests on four pillars: defending critical infrastructure, securing the wider cyberspace, strengthening capabilities for AI and quantum, and enhancing resilience through global partnerships; two enablers cover the industry and research ecosystem and the workforce. Measures include the CSA's National Cybersecurity Command Centre, a review of the Cybersecurity Act and of the code of practice for critical infrastructure, a national Protective Domain Name Service, minimum requirements for higher-risk IoT devices and the police Cyber Command against scams and cybercrime. The strategy also sets milestones for quantum-safe migration of critical infrastructure, to be completed by 2031, and introduces a professional accreditation framework for cybersecurity practitioners.

La strategia, presentata il 13 ottobre 2026 alla Singapore International Cyber Week con una prefazione del Primo ministro Lawrence Wong, sostituisce quella del 2021 e guida per i prossimi cinque anni l'approccio nazionale alla cybersicurezza. Si basa su quattro pilastri: difesa delle infrastrutture critiche, sicurezza dell'intero cyberspazio, capacità per l'intelligenza artificiale e il calcolo quantistico, resilienza attraverso le partnership internazionali; due fattori abilitanti riguardano l'ecosistema industriale e della ricerca e la forza lavoro. Tra le misure figurano il National Cybersecurity Command Centre della CSA, la revisione del Cybersecurity Act e del codice di condotta per le infrastrutture critiche, un servizio nazionale di DNS protettivo, requisiti minimi per i dispositivi IoT più a rischio e il Cyber Command della polizia contro truffe e criminalità informatica. La strategia fissa inoltre le tappe della migrazione post-quantistica per le infrastrutture critiche, da completare entro il 2031, e introduce un sistema di accreditamento professionale per gli esperti di cybersicurezza.
