Summary

The act transposes Directive (EU) 2022/2557 on the resilience of critical entities (CER) in Cyprus. It governs the identification of critical entities providing essential services, risk assessments, and the resilience measures and incident notifications required of those entities. They are made under the Civil Defence Law.
