Summary

The decree-law redesigns Italy's national cybersecurity architecture and establishes the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) as national cybersecurity authority. It gives the Prime Minister overall direction and creates the Interministerial Committee for Cybersecurity. It transfers to ACN, among other things, CSIRT Italia and the functions relating to the national cybersecurity perimeter.
