Summary

Adopted under Articles 7 and 40 of Legislative Decree 138/2024 after consulting the NIS Table, the determination sets out how NIS entities access ACN's digital platform, register, update their information every year and submit the categorised list of their activities and services. From the 2027 registration, entities already on the NIS list with nothing to change do not need to file a new declaration and stay on the list with the previous year's status. It also covers mergers and transfers of business units, entities identified directly by ACN and requests to review an entity's status. It replaces Determination No. 127437 of 13 April 2026.

Who it applies to

Public and private entities that fall or may fall under Legislative Decree 138/2024 and use ACN's NIS platform, including the representatives of entities established outside the EU.

The annual windows stay the same: registration from 1 January to 28 February, information update from 15 April to 31 May, categorised list of activities and services from 1 May to 30 June. A request to review an entity's status must be filed within 60 days of ACN's notice.
