National Cybersecurity Strategy of the UAE 2025-2031

Summary

Prepared by the Cyber Security Council and approved by the federal Cabinet, it replaces the 2019 strategy. It rests on five pillars: governance, protection, innovation, building robust systems and capabilities, and partnership. It aims to protect critical infrastructure and the national digital economy and is linked to the "We the UAE 2031" vision.
